After seeing the last post dates on here...dunno if anyone's checking it out, but anyway, I've been getting into MTV's Catfish lately and it got me thinking about some stuff from way back. Ash might be the only one here who remembers TRL chat, lol, but the show got me wondering about Jack. I haven't thought about that kid in several years, haha. But that show got me wondering if what happened between me and him was just a big Catfish tale. Kinda wondering what he might be up to these days, you know, if he was a real person. Was kinda odd how half that chat was from the same place...lol

I'm glad you mentioned that because I logged on tonight to let everyone know that I will be updating regularly now that I have my life pretty situated.

This show scares me a little because you never really know what's out there! You know it is weird how everyone was from the same place lol! I believe Lisa is a member on here but I don't believe she's ever actually looked at it.

Yeah I haven't seen Lisa online or heard from her in probably about 6 or 7 years. I'd like to find her & get in touch. We were always really good friends back then...kinda miss her

I looked for her & Jack a while back on facebook and neither of their names seemed to turn up much of anything in IL...but who knows? They could have moved, married names, or whatever...it would be cool to get in touch!

hahaha Have you seen "new" myspace? I've had a profile since it was in beta but I just never got into it it's not the same(thank god), it's not really that great for actually interacting with people but it is good for music.

Definitely not as cool, Purevolume is made for bands and is actually useful as a promotional tool, Myspace is just made for people to listen to music and doesn't help the bands much at all. At least from what I can tell.

I doubt they'll be successful at bringing it back since so many things already do what it's supposed to do, but better. Spotify, Slacker Radio, Pandora, Purevolume and every other free internet radio type thing are already established as places to go for music so what do people really need with another one?

I don't really know why I typed all of that, apparently I care a lot about the future (or lack of) of Myspace. hahaha

Dude, Catfish is my shit. I have been going through old emails to image search some people from back in the day. LOL. Why wasn't image search around when we had chat days?!
